I offer a range of ways to work together, depending on the level of support you’re looking for. My practices are rooted in both lived experience and training, providing a genuine and compassionate approach to your healing journey.

1:1 sessions

Personalised, one-on-one sessions designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection. These may include breathwork, energy healing, massage and grounding practices. 

Group classes

Weekly classes combining breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation, a gentle way to unwind, reset, and build a consistent practice.

Workshops & breathwork experiences

Longer, immersive sessions that support deeper inner work, helping you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.
